This is the Land of the Fanns: Spotter Challenge
The activity can be adapted for different ages.
Older children could be asked to mark the features they find on a map, whilst talking about grid references and latitude and longitude coordinates.
Use the resources on this website to decide which sites you are going to visit in the Land of the Fanns in order to mark off as many as possible of the listed features.
When they have seen each feature, they can add a photo or drawing of it, and note where it is.
